Services

End-to-end piling and deep foundation delivery.

From site assessment to pile caps and QA reporting, we manage every stage with engineering rigour, modern equipment, and site-ready crews.

Our Core Services

End-to-end piling and foundation solutions managed with engineering rigour and on-site experience.

Built for complex sites

Foundation packages from assessment to handover.

Every service we offer is backed by specialised rigs, experienced operators, and disciplined QA routines. We own the process—planning, equipment, safety, and reporting—so project teams can keep moving.

  • Winch & hydraulic rotary piling
  • Sheet piling & secant shoring
  • Testing, QA, and documentation
01

Boring by Winch Machine

Tripod/gantry winch rigs for 300–1000 mm cast in-situ piles up to 25 m depth, ideal for restricted sites and economical foundations.

02

Boring by Hydraulic Rig Machine

Hydraulic rotary rigs handling 600–1500 mm piles up to 45 m depth with rapid production and precise alignment control.

03

Sheet Piling for Shoring

MS, Z-type, U-type, or Larsen sheet piles installed with vibro-hammers or press-in rigs for basements, cofferdams, and waterfront retention.

04

Secant Piling for Shoring

450–1000 mm overlapping piles (150–200 mm overlap) forming watertight walls for deep basements, underpasses, and metro stations.

05

Testing & Documentation

Static/dynamic load testing, integrity checks, and complete QA packs aligned to consultant formats.

06

Project Coordination

Site-ready crews, logistics, and stakeholder communication from mobilisation to pile cap handover.

Method capabilities & applications

Detailed technical ranges, execution methods, and project use-cases drawn from our piling handbook.

Method A

Boring by Winch Machine

Technical range

  • 300–1000 mm diameter cast in-situ piles
  • Up to 25 m depth (soil dependent)
  • Manual/semi-mechanised with bailer & chisel

Applications

  • Residential & commercial foundations
  • Retaining/compound walls & culverts
  • Sites with restricted access or headroom

Diesel tripod/gantry setup with slurry/casing for unstable strata and continuous depth monitoring.

Method B

Boring by Hydraulic Rig Machine

Technical range

  • 600–1500 mm pile diameters
  • Depths up to 45 m (soil & load)
  • High drilling efficiency rotary systems

Applications

  • Bridge piers & flyover foundations
  • Metro/elevated corridor works
  • Heavy industrial substructures

Fast production with minimal vibration, hard-rock capability, and computerised alignment controls.

Method C

Sheet Piling for Shoring

Systems

  • Mild steel (MS) fabricated sheets
  • Z-type / U-type interlocking sheets
  • Larsen steel sheets (design driven)

Applications

  • Basement & foundation excavations
  • Cofferdams for bridge piers
  • Riverbank / marine retaining structures

Installed via vibro-hammer or hydraulic press-in rigs. Quick to install/remove, cost-effective, and reusable.

Method D

Secant Piling for Shoring

Technical range

  • 450–1000 mm pile diameters
  • Depths up to 25–30 m
  • 150–200 mm interlocking overlap

Applications

  • Deep basements & metro stations
  • Underpasses & retaining cut slopes
  • Urban excavations with high groundwater

Provides watertight retaining structures resisting significant lateral earth pressure.

Testing, quality & safety assurance

We execute pile installation as per IS 2911 and BS standards with qualified engineers, disciplined crew supervision, and alignment monitoring at every stage. QA packs keep consultants, PMCs, and clients informed.

What we document

  • Static/dynamic load tests with engineer sign-offs.
  • Pile depth, strata logs, and concrete volumes.
  • Slurry, verticality, and alignment monitoring records.
  • PPE compliance, safety briefings, and inspection reports.
